Dr. Feng Joins UMass Amherst as a Tenure Track Assistant Professor

Dr. Feng joins the University of Massachusetts Amherst as a tenure track Assistant Professor in the Department of Earth, Geographic, and Climate Sciences beginning in September 2026. A PhD graduate and former postdoctoral scholar under Dr. Chi, she has been a member of the EDeN team for seven years. She will continue working closely with EDeN while developing her research program on environmental change, population mobility and wellbeing, and the use of emerging data and computational approaches to understand community resilience and human responses to environmental change.
